Demo Team Finland
The core of the Finnish Interski Vail 2027 Demo Team consists of 16 Finnish skiers
who have passed a demanding selection prosedure.
The Demo Team consists of telemark skiers and alpine skiers,
seven female and nine men. The majority of the team
members have an alpine ski racing background.

Team values
Teamwork: One for all and all for one. A united team reaches the best results. We are each and everybody’s best skiing buddies.
Trust: We learn to trust each other only by practising and performing together. We practise to develop ourselves to be athletic skiers and top level ski-instructors.
Passion: Skiing together means “inclusion and joy.” We are excited about the demo runs make the Vail themes come alive: Include, innovate and inspire. Our passion, when practicing, represents real Finnish high performing team SISU.
We are winter people who have a close relationship with nature. We proudly represent Finland and build a positive SUOMI image through our activities.
Interski Vail 2027
Our goal is to stand out in Vail 2027 just like we did in Levi 2023 where the common opinion was that we were one of the two best demo teams. To reach our goal we need to practise hard and travel far, both of which demand a solid financial base. In Vail, besides showing our skills, we are dedicated to participate in as many workshops as possible, in order to bring home the ski-instruction learnings of the entire skiing world.
Based on the feedback from international participants, Interski Levi 2023 was rated “the best Interski ever”. The quality of the snow, the event’s organization, and geographical location of Finland — enhanced by the breathtaking Northern Lights — created an unforgettable experience for all the guests and volunteers.
